Who is responsible

The controller under the GDPR is the person named in the Impressum. For anything about your data, write to info@newsol.ai.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Vercel's servers process what your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the page and to keep the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel processes this data on our behalf and may do so in the USA, under the EU standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement.

What the site does not do

It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising. Fonts, scripts and images are served from this domain, so your browser contacts no third party.

Writing to us

If you send an email, we use your address and what you write to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) where it concerns a contract). We keep the correspondence for as long as the matter needs and delete it afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for its processing to be restricted and for a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing that is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can also complain to a data protection authority; the one responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.
